1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course offered by Camrin Institute of Media and Technologies (CIMT) or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Course Enrolment

Enrolment in a CIMT course is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. CIMT reserves the right to reschedule batch dates due to operational requirements with prior notice to enrolled students.

3. Fees and Payment

Course fees are as communicated at the time of admission. Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of access to course materials. All fees are exclusive of GST where applicable.

4. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed terms regarding cancellations and refunds. In general, the advance fee is non-refundable after batch commencement.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, and content provided by CIMT are proprietary and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission. Portfolio work created during the course remains the property of the student, with CIMT retaining the right to showcase it for promotional purposes.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. CIMT reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates institute policies — without refund of paid fees.

7. Website Use

Content on this website is for informational purposes. CIMT makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not guarantee completeness. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

8. Limitation of Liability

CIMT's liability in any dispute is limited to the fees paid by the student for the specific course in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
